COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bishop Wisecarver UT1WPAPR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Brankamp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boston-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Boekel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Brankamp such as the CMS2K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20JT86 manufactured by Boston-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 260700 by Manufacturer Boekel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Browning Brand VFCS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bryant such as WRA48 equipment made by Bryant have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bryant products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bryant" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 41730R made by Bobst as well as the popular CL4RV13A020602075 original spares produced by Brandless Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 026140000 by Bosch-Star-Rexroth and WRA48 spares by Bryant are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5144 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Btm. |
